Set up Order Forms
Create order forms in Keap for your paid membership products.
tip
If you are creating a free membership only, you can skip this step.
Create an Order Form
- Log into your Keap application
- Go to E-Commerce > E-Commerce Setup
- Click Order Forms under Sell Online
- Click Create New
- Enter a name for your order form
- Click Save
Add Products
- Select your membership product (start typing to search)
- Select the subscription plan or product
- Click Add Product
- Check "Don't allow my customers to change the quantity" for subscriptions
- Click Save
Customize the Form (Optional)
- Theme tab - choose a visual theme
- HTML Areas - customize header, footer, and other sections
Configure Thank You Page
You have three options:
- Use Keap's default thank you page
- Redirect to a custom thank you page
- Auto-login the new member (recommended)

To automatically log in new members after purchase, set the Thank You Page URL to:

Replace:
yourdomain.comwith your website domainXXXXXXwith your security key defined in Plugin Options > Main SettingsTAG_IDwith your membership level tag ID (e.g.,211). For multiple tags, separate with commas:211,222,333
Check the box "Pass contact's information to the Thank You Page".
Finding Your Tag ID
- Go to CRM > Settings
- Click Tags in the left menu
- Find your membership tag in the table
- Note the number in the Id column
Get the Order Form Link
- Click the Links tab
- Copy the Order Form URL
- Use this URL for your buy now buttons or links
