Set up Products/Subscriptions

Create products and subscription plans in Keap for your paid membership levels.

tip

If you are creating a free membership only, you can skip this step.

Create a Product​

  1. Log into your Keap application
  2. Go to E-Commerce > Products
  3. Click Add a Product
  4. Enter a product name
  5. Select the product type Product
  6. Fill in the product details:
    • Short Description
    • Price (default price for one-time purchases and subscription billing cycles)
    • Category
    • Long Description (optional)
  7. Click Save

Add a Subscription Plan​

  1. Click the Subscription Plan tab
  2. Configure the subscription:
    • Bill Every - frequency and interval (e.g., every 1 month, every 1 year)
    • # of Cycles (optional) - set an end date (e.g., 12 cycles for a yearly program billed monthly). Leave empty for continuous billing until cancelled.
    • Plan Price (optional) - override the default product price for this plan
  3. Click Add
  4. Click Save

You can add multiple subscription plans to a single product. Use the arrows to reorder how plans appear in the Keap storefront.

Repeat for each paid membership level.
