Quiz Settings

Configure different Keap actions based on quiz results – passed or failed.

Accessing Quiz Settings​

  1. Go to LearnDash LMS → Quizzes in your WordPress admin.
  2. Edit a quiz (or create a new one).
  3. Scroll down to Settings.
  4. Find the iMember360 options (marked with "iM360" prefix).
Multiple Values

Tag IDs, goals, and actionsets support multiple values separated by commas without spaces.

  • Single value: 123
  • Multiple values: 123,456,789
  • Remove tags: Use negative numbers, e.g. -123 or 100,-200,300

Quiz Passed Actions​

These actions trigger when a user passes the quiz (meets or exceeds the passing score).

Best Practices​

  1. Be encouraging – Failed quiz emails should be supportive and offer resources, not discouraging.
  2. Allow retakes – Consider removing "failed" tags when setting "passed" tags if users can retake quizzes.
  3. Use goals for branching – Quiz results are ideal triggers for campaign branching in Keap.
  4. Track attempts – Consider using actionsets to log quiz attempts to custom fields.
