Added a new parameter to the [i4w_minilogin] shortcode.

Currently, this shortcode, by default, only displays the login form when a user is NOT logged in. In order to override this default behavior, please add:**display=’always’**to the parameter list.

Also added a new tag,****, whose purpose is to enable you to overcome WordPress’ annoying habit of inserting**<br>in the most unlikely places in your content. By inserting this tag in your pages and posts, infusionWP will remove any<br>**that immediately follows it.
