Custom Messages allows you to customize and translate the system messages displayed to users throughout the site.

Purpose​

This tool provides a simple interface to:

  • Translate system messages into your preferred language
  • Customize the wording of default messages to match your site's tone and branding
  • Adapt messages for your specific audience

How It Works​

Each system message has a default (source) version. You can override any message with your own custom text. If no custom text is provided, the default message will be used.

Customization Tips​

  • Keep messages clear and helpful
  • Include relevant links (login, registration, contact)
  • Use shortcodes for dynamic content where appropriate
  • Consider your audience's technical level
  • Test messages in different contexts
