Product Settings
Configure Keap actions for individual WooCommerce products in the Product Data → iMember360 tab.
Accessing Product Settings
- Go to Products in your WordPress admin.
- Edit a product.
- Scroll down to Product Data.
- Click the iMember360 tab.
Keap Product
Select an existing Keap product to link with this WooCommerce product.
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Keap product | Select a product from Keap that this WooCommerce product represents. Used when syncing orders to Keap invoices. |
Abandoned Cart Tags
Select tags to assign when this specific product is in an abandoned cart. These are added in addition to the global abandoned cart tags.

| Abandoned cart tags | Tags to add when a logged-in contact abandons a cart containing this product. |
On Purchase Actions
Configure actions to trigger when a customer purchases this product.
Automatic Tag Options
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Add "SKU" tag | Automatically create and add a tag using this product's SKU. |
| Add "product tags" | Create and add tags using this product's WooCommerce product tags. |
| Add "product categories" | Create and add tags using this product's WooCommerce category names. |
Manual Actions
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Run actionsets | Select Keap actionsets to run when this product is purchased. |
| Achieve goal | Enter a goal name to achieve in Keap campaigns on purchase. |
| Assign tags | Select tags to add to contacts when they purchase this product. |
| Remove tags | Select tags to remove from contacts when they purchase this product. |
Product-specific actions run in addition to global actions configured in WooCommerce → Settings → Integrations → iMember360.
On Refund Actions
Configure actions to trigger when a customer receives a refund for this product.

| Run actionsets | Select Keap actionsets to run when this product is refunded. |
| Achieve goal | Enter a goal name to achieve in Keap campaigns on refund. |
| Assign tags | Select tags to add to contacts on refund. |
| Remove tags | Select tags to remove from contacts on refund. |
Variable Products
For variable products, you can configure iMember360 settings for each variation individually.
- Go to the Variations tab in Product Data.
- Expand a variation.
- Scroll down to find the iMember360 settings.
Each variation can have its own:
- Abandoned cart tags
- Assign tags on purchase
- Remove tags on purchase
- Run actionsets on purchase
- Achieve goal on purchase
Variation-level settings are in addition to the main product settings. Both parent and variation actions will trigger on purchase.
