The iMember360 WooCommerce Extension connects your WooCommerce store with Keap, enabling automatic synchronization of customers, orders, and powerful automation triggers based on purchase activity.

About the Extension​

The iMember360 WooCommerce Extension enables:

Activate Extension​

WooCommerce must be installed and activated on your site before enabling the iMember360 WooCommerce Extension.

  1. In WordPress admin sidebar click iMember360 → Extensions.
  2. In iMember360 Extensions tabs click WooCommerce.
  3. Set Enable WooCommerce Extension to Yes.
  4. Click Save Changes.

Configuration​

Global Settings – Configure default behaviors for all orders.

Set up global options in WooCommerce → Settings → Integrations → iMember360, including order sync, registration tags, order status tracking, and default actions on successful payments.

Product Settings – Configure per-product Keap actions.

Add tags, run actionsets, and achieve goals when specific products are purchased or refunded. Configure in each product's iMember360 tab.

Configure Keap actions for subscription status changes including activation, cancellation, expiration, and reactivation. Requires WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin.
